劲克马位于经济发达的长江三角洲，紧靠常州市大学城。专业从事设计、研究、开发、制造、加工各类金属花纹板材、压花机械设备、压花辊、镜面辊，蚀刻各类金属凹凸型腔模具、大型平板模具、不锈钢等表面的装饰花纹（皮纹）标识、文字。
劲克马压花辊：包括各类花纹辊、皮纹辊、消光（哑光）辊、镜面辊、凹凸对压辊、网纹辊、特殊轧辊。花纹加工采用化学蚀刻、压床辊压（模压）、电脑雕刻、激光雕刻、手工雕刻等多项工艺相结合，使花纹仿真度高、图纹清晰、线条明朗、层次分明，尽可满足客户的最佳生产工艺要求。
劲克马压花机械：主要为金属薄板双面（单面）、纸品、纺织品、塑料等系列压花机（轧花机）、压光机。主要适于薄形金属片材、卷材、纸品、塑料的装饰，压花使用。压辊材质为45#、40Cr、42CrMo、60CrMnMo、9Cr2M等多类合金钢供选择，并加以调质、热处理，增加耐用性及表面硬度。
劲克马花纹板材：主要适于冷库、冰柜、礼品装饰、建筑装潢、机械防滑底板等行业使用。规格有0.05~2.00mm不同厚度的各种薄形铜材、铝材、不锈钢、彩钢板等，花纹可按客户来样定做或选择本厂花纹压制。压花形式以双面凹凸花压花为主。

Our company is located in the developed Yangze River
Delta and is adjacent to Changzhou
University City. We are specialized in designing,
researching, developing, manufacturing and
processing various metal pattern boards, embossing
machineries, embossing rollers and mirror
rollers, and etching decorative pattern(peel effect)
marks and characters on various concave
and convex metal cavity moulds, large flat sheet moulds,
stainless steel, etc.
Our embossing rollers include:various pattern rollers,
peel-effect rollers, flat gloss
rollers, mirror rollers, concave and convex
counter-pressing rollers, net-mesh rollers and
special rollers. The pattern processing methods are
mainly as follows: chemical etching,
pressing knurling, computer engraving,laser engraving
and manual engraving or the
combination of above methods, so that the pattern has
characteristics of high simulating
degree, clear figure, obious line and coherent
gradation, Therefore, our products can meet
the optimum production workmanship requirements brought
forward by the customers.
Our embossing machineries include: embossing machines
and calendars for metal thin boards
with double surface(single surface),
paper,textiles,plastics,etc. They are mainly applied in
the decoration and embossing of thin metal sheet, roll,
paper and plastics. The material of
rollers includes various alloy steel such as
45#、40Cr、42CrMo、60CrMnMo、9Cr2M, which will
be also quenched, tempered and processed by heat
treatment to improve its resistance and
surface hardness.
Our pattern boards: mainly applied in cold house,
refrigerator, gift decoration,
construction, decoration, mechanical slipping-proof
bottom board, etc. The specification is
as follows: various thin materials in copper, aluminum,
color steel with a thickness of
0.05-2.00mm. We can process the pattern according to
sample of customers or of our own ones.
The embossing form is mainly double surface concave and
convex embossing.
