广泛应用于皮革、人革、纸张、装饰材料、有色金属、PVC、ABA、PP、PE、PT、PC等各种塑料及服装材料的表面压光、哑光效果。
    可在各种材质的表面进行镜面、雾面加工，确保辊面的平直度、平衡度、不圆度、同轴度等达到要求。
    材料均选用45#无缝钢管或合金钢，经热处理、机械加工而成。中间安装流道或夹套，冷却或加热温差均匀，表面硬度HRC55~58。镀铬抛光后硬度HRC62。热变形不大于0.01mm。

    It can process on the surface of various materials to do mirror or cloudy effect, however, the straightness, balance, non-roundness and co-axiality of roller should be ensured.
    The material is 45# seamless steel tube or alloy steel after heat treatment and mechanical processing. The flow passage or jacket will be installed in the middle. The cooling or heating temperature difference is even, the surface hardness is HRC55-58. The hardness after chromeplating and polishing is HRC62. The thermal deformation is not larger than 0.01mm.
